Remote Online Notarization (RON)
By using our remote online notarization services, you acknowledge and consent to:

- Audio/video recording of notarial sessions where required by law
- Electronic document transmission and storage
RON services are subject to state-specific laws and technology requirements.
Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through approved third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to:
- Reschedule appointments
- Refuse service
- Cancel appointments due to technical issues, incomplete documentation, or inability to verify identity
Customers should arrive prepared with:
- Proper identification
- Required witnesses (if applicable)
- Complete documents ready for signing
Fees & Payments
Fees for services are disclosed before or at the time of booking whenever possible.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as:
