You can be anywhere in the world for your notarization as long as you use a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam and maintain a reliable internet connection. We'll conduct the session via secure notarization platform.

For identity verification, you must complete Credential Analysis before the scheduled appointment time.

Credential Analysis:

You’ll receive an email titled "You've Been Invited To An Online Notarization Session " with a link to start verifying your ID. Please click and join this link as soon as you receive it to verify your identity before the session begins.  If you have issues please contact NOTARY a.s.a.p.  

No password is needed unless you wish to create an account with the platform, go back to the original link and join again to bypass. 

Accepted forms of ID: Driver’s License, ID Card, Passport, or Permanent Resident Card or any current  government issued photo ID or valid (not expired) government issued ID from the United States or another country.

IMPORTANT: 🚨🚨🚨Type all of your name as it appears on your identification. 🚨🚨🚨

Tips:

·         Use your phone for the verification step for better image quality.

·         Although signing can be done on a phone, document viewing may be limited and technical issues could arise.

·         Google Chrome, is our recommended browser.

·         Photograph your ID's front and back  previous to session appointment time ensuring that they do not have glare and that they are clear.

·         For your portrait, remove glasses if worn and make sure you're in good lighting.

When your Credential Analysis is finished log out and return at the scheduled appointment time. 

Note: Complete Credential Analysis at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. You can begin as soon as you get the email. If you can't start until your scheduled time, please let us know so we can adjust your appointment by 30 minutes or reschedule as needed.
